We take all PPOs, which include Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, Cigna, and Guardian. Please call our office to verify your insurance is accepted. We are happy to answer your questions and make the payment process as convenient as possible for you.

If you do not have dental insurance, we encourage you to consider applying to CareCredit. CareCredit is a third-party financing option that helps you manage your bill in affordable monthly payments with little or no interest.

Patient Forms

To minimize your wait time and help make the process of receiving dental care easier for you, we have made the following patient forms available to download from our website. If you like, you may print our forms and bring them completed to your next appointment. If you would like assistance, or if you have questions about our policies, we invite you to give us a call. We are here to help.

Post-Operative Instructions

Depending on the different treatments and services performed, it is important to adjust your regular hygienic care and eating habits during various periods of healing and repair. It is also of the utmost importance that after your mouth and gums have healed, and all treatments have had time to adjust to your mouth, that you maintain good, consistent hygienic habits for your teeth.

Oral Surgery

After you receive treatment, our professionals will be able to provide you with individual post-operational instructions. To promote healing in your mouth and to minimize the risk of infection, we strongly encourage you to follow the doctor’s post operative instructions. He will carefully explain the precautions you should take.

Some soreness is to be expected following the procedures. Painkillers, such as ibuprofen, may be taken before the anesthesia fully wears off and can help with swelling and soreness. Avoid chewing sticky or hard foods or otherwise disturbing the surgical site.

If you have any questions about any of the procedures, or any of the long-term effects of our services, don’t hesitate to give us a call. We are willing and eager to answer your every question so that we can provide you with the right kind of dental care. We are here to help you restore and maintain your oral health.
